These terms govern your use of Atlas, an educational assistant provided by 11407660 Canada Inc., operating as BioEnergetika ("BioEnergetika", "we"). By creating an account or using Atlas, you agree to these terms.
Atlas provides general educational information about terrain-based, root-cause approaches to health, drawn from Jason's materials. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a practitioner–patient relationship. Atlas does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified professional about your personal health, and never disregard or delay seeking medical care because of something Atlas told you. In an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. Your account is for your personal use; don't share your login.
You keep ownership of the messages and files you submit. We use them only to generate your responses and do not retain them afterward (see our Privacy Policy).
Atlas is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the information is complete, accurate for your situation, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 11407660 Canada Inc. (operating as BioEnergetika), its directors, and its representatives are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas, or for decisions you make based on its educational information.
We may update these terms or suspend access at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
