Privacy Policy

Atlas is an educational assistant provided by 11407660 Canada Inc., operating as BioEnergetika ("BioEnergetika", "we"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use Atlas, how we use it, and your choices. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Messages you send Atlas — your questions are processed to generate a response in real time.
• Files you upload — if you attach an image or document (for example a lab result or scan), it is sent to our AI provider to answer your question for that message only.
• Basic technical data — limited request information (such as a temporary rate-limit counter) used to keep the service secure and available.

What we do NOT store

We do notsave your conversation history or the contents of files you upload on our servers. Messages and uploaded files are used only to produce your answer in the moment and are not retained by us afterward. Please do not upload anyone else's personal or health records.

If you connect your health record (optional, from the BioEnergetika app): Atlas reads your own record to personalize answers, and the questions you ask are added to your coaching record so Jason can follow up with you. Only your own data is ever used, and you can disconnect at any time — from Atlas or from the app.

How we use your information

We use your account information to let you sign in and to manage access. We use your messages and any uploaded files solely to generate Atlas's educational responses. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Service providers and cross-border processing

To run Atlas we rely on trusted providers, some of which process data on servers located in the United States:

• Anthropic — provides the AI model that generates responses. Your messages and uploaded files are sent to Anthropic to produce an answer and are not used to train its models.
• Vercel — hosts the application.
• Neon — hosts the database that stores account information.

Because these providers operate in the United States, your information may be processed there and subject to U.S. law. By using Atlas you consent to this processing.

Retention

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. Messages and uploaded files are not retained after your answer is generated.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, and you may withdraw consent and close your account at any time, by emailing contact@bioenergetika.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Access to Atlas requires an account, connections are encrypted in transit, and passwords are stored only as secure hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Atlas shares general educational information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it does not replace your relationship with a licensed healthcare provider.
